Processing Time All orders are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
• Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

United States

• Standard International: Rates calculated by weight (0–0.5 kg: $7.90 CAD / 0.5–1.5 kg: $19.90 CAD / 1.5–30 kg: $29.90 CAD)
• Express International: $34.90 CAD (up to 1.5 kg)

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations via Canada Post. Delivery times vary by destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
