REFUND POLICY

Custom Orders All laser-cut wood vent covers and decorative items are made to order. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on standard orders unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.

Wrong Item Shipped If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will send the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

Custom Size Orders Custom size orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or defective.
